    Our support team is here to help you. Scarborough Public Schools will now be using Incident IQ for its Help Desk ticketing and asset management system. Submitting a ticket with Incident IQ's "Ticket Wizard" is designed to be as quick and easy as possible, while at the same time providing school IT Staff with the necessary information to address the technology issues of teacher, staff, and students in a timely manner.
