A minimum 5-square-yard fee will be charged for all street openings and a 3-square-yard fee for all sidewalk and driveway openings. Streets with high truck and traffic volume may necessitate the use of digable concrete in trench repair work. This procedure will be at the discretion of the Public Works Director.

Over and above the $50.00 administrative fee, the hourly inspection fee, and the annual $150.00 excavator’s license fee, you are also responsible for repairing all street opening cuts in accordance with the Town of Scarborough’s “Street Opening Ordinance.”

You are also responsible for reimbursing the Town of Scarborough for any work performed in accordance with the attached fee schedule, i.e. long-term maintenance fee.
