Criteria: Any first responder who displays cooperation, initiative and loyalty within the Scarborough Fire Department is eligible for this award. The nominee should illustrate an overall above average attitude and could be often considered as going above and beyond the departmental requirements. Actions at a specific event could also be considered when selecting the nominee. The ability to interact positively with the public and co-workers should also be considered when nominating a member for this award. All nominations must be received on this form.
