How to Request a Police Report

To request a police report, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit a Request Form:
   • Complete our online report request form.
2. Confirmation of Request:
   • Our Records Department will confirm receipt of your request using the email address or telephone number provided on the form.
3. Report Fees:
   • The cost for reports is $12.00 for the first page and $1.50 for each additional page.
   • Once your report is processed, our Records Department will notify you of the total cost.
4. Payment Information:
   • Payment must be made by check or cashier's check only.
   • Payments can be submitted in person at the police department or mailed to our office.
   • Payment must be received before the report will be released.
5. Additional Information:
