How to Request a Police Report
To request a police report, please follow the steps below:
- Submit a Request Form:
- Complete our online report request form.
- Confirmation of Request:
- Our Records Department will confirm receipt of your request using the email address or telephone number provided on the form.
- Report Fees:
- The cost for reports is $12.00 for the first page and $1.50 for each additional page.
- Once your report is processed, our Records Department will notify you of the total cost.
- Payment Information:
- Payment must be made by check or cashier's check only.
- Payments can be submitted in person at the police department or mailed to our office.
- Payment must be received before the report will be released.
