Vendor Participation Form

We're looking for local nonprofits and sustainable brands to educate attendees and help make this event a success! Sign up to participate so we can keep you up to date as the event nears.

Vendor Preparation

Tables: Vendors will be provided a space to set up during the event. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, pop-ups, etc.

Electricity: We cannot guarantee access to electricity if set up outdoors. Please plan to supply it yourself if needed.

Hours of Operation: The event runs from 10:00am-2:00pm. Vendors should be set up by 9:30am. Please plan to stay through the duration of the event.

Insurance: Insurance is required for all food and drink offerings, as well as some activities with perceived liability. Parties must attach a certificate of insurance for at least $400,000 to this application naming the Town of Scarborough as an additional insured party for the event date. All participation forms submitted will be reviewed and receive a confirmation if the vendor aligns with the mission of Sustainable Scarborough Day. All vendors chosen to participate are at the discretion of the event planning committee.
